Instructions

- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined and smooth.

- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through. The timing may vary depending on your microwave.

Notes
- For vanilla cake, omit cocoa powder and add an extra pinch of flour.
