- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter turns golden brown and smells nutty. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the browned butter and granulated sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
