- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 12 slider buns
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Lightly butter the slider buns.
- Assemble the sliders with the cooked chicken patties.
- Serve immediately.
