A creamy and spicy Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer for a few extra minutes.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and texture.
