- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) whole potatoes, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss drained potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other seasonings like paprika, onion powder, or dried herbs.
- For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
