Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
