- 1 pound Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy sprouts, cut them in half lengthwise.
- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
- Other seasonings like garlic powder or red pepper flakes can be added.
