Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the drained linguine to the skillet with the shrimp mixture.
  8. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time if needed to create a sauce.
