Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

- Add coleslaw mix and green onions. Cook, stirring, until the coleslaw is slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions, omitting the seasoning packets. Drain well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
- Add the drained ramen noodles and the oyster sauce mixture to the skillet with the pork and coleslaw. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, use crumbled firm tofu instead of ground pork.
- Adjust sriracha to your spice preference.
- You can add other vegetables like shredded carrots or bell peppers.
