Description

Delicious and easy roast potatoes with salty feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potato chunks with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  4. Add crumbled feta cheese to the baking sheet during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For crispier potatoes, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
  • You can add other herbs like rosemary or thyme.
  • A squeeze of lemon juice before serving adds brightness.
