- 1 pound store-bought or homemade focaccia bread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
- Brush the cut sides of the focaccia with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Place the top half of the focaccia over the toppings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the focaccia is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can customize your toppings with your favorite ingredients.
- For a crispier crust, bake the focaccia halves open-faced before adding toppings.
