Ingredients

  • 1 pound store-bought or homemade focaccia bread
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the focaccia with olive oil.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of the focaccia.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  8. Place the top half of the focaccia over the toppings.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the focaccia is golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
