A simple recipe to make refreshing homemade fruit soda with fresh fruits and sparkling water.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., berries, peaches, melon)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Puree the fresh fruit in a blender until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine the fruit puree, sugar or honey (if using), and water.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar or honey dissolves. Do not boil.
- Let the syrup cool completely.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of the fruit syrup over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
- Experiment with different fruit combinations.
- Adjust the amount of syrup to your sweetness preference.
- For a less sweet soda, omit the sugar or honey.
- You can strain the puree for a smoother syrup.
