Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp in the skillet.
- Stir to coat the shrimp evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
