A crispy fried chicken sandwich with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 brioche buns
- Optional toppings: pickles, coleslaw
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk.
- In a third shallow dish, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in hot honey.
- Brush the hot honey glaze over the fried chicken cutlets.
- Toast the brioche buns.
- Assemble the sandwiches with chicken, glaze, and optional toppings.

- Ensure oil is hot enough for crispy chicken.
- Adjust hot honey quantity for desired spice level.
