Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
