Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the silken tofu dry with paper towels and cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the tofu cubes and broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred, and the tofu is lightly golden.
