Easy no-bake strawberry protein balls perfect for a quick snack or pre-workout fuel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2–3 tablespoons water or milk, as needed
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, protein powder, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and chia seeds in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter and honey or maple syrup.
- Mix until well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
- If the mixture is too dry, add water or milk one tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can substitute other nut butters or seeds.
- Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
