Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with whipped feta cheese and roasted red peppers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the roasted red peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  5. Process again until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a smoother consistency, you can add a tablespoon of water or milk.
  • You can roast your own red peppers if preferred.
