Ingredients

- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Add the roasted red peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Process again until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a smoother consistency, you can add a tablespoon of water or milk.
- You can roast your own red peppers if preferred.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice to your liking.
